Orders
If nothing is stated at product information, we aim to ship all orders within 48h. We accept payments via Amex, Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, Apple Pay and Discover.
Shipping policy
After placing you order you’ll receive a confirmation email. Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number. We do not cover any local taxes or import duties that may applu depending on your location. For extra shipping insurance, please contact us prior placing your order.
All our packing is made of recyclable and reusable materials.
Return policy
You can return your online purchase within 7 days of receiving your oder. However all discounted items are final sale. To process a return, please follow the steps bellow.
We have made every effort to display the items’ color and characteristics as accurately as possible. However, computer monitos may vary.
Return an order step-by-step
- If you wish to return your purchase, please email us within 7 days of receiving your order by clicking the link below. Returns won’t be accepted without pre-approval.
- After receiving our approval, item(s) should be returned in their original packaging, and item(s) should appear new, and in the same state as it was received.
- Shipping costs for any return or exchange are the responsibility of the customer. Returns should be shipped with the tracking number as we cannot take responsibility for the damaged item(s) or lost in transit. We can provide a return shipment for you that will be deducted from your refund.
- Once returned and controlled, you are entitled to receive an exchange or refund. Exchange and refunds do not include the original postage and packing costs.
- These terms do not apply to discounted items.
